Really? You have a client willing to give away equity? How extraordinary. Do you have other clients offering to give away profits? How does this work, the more I pay the more equity I acquire?

Oh, I'm sorry... did I neglect to mention that Zillow is only accurate within 5% of the real value about 50% of the time? And that when the market changes they tend to be behind the curve? My sincere apologies.
