July's market update is in. The highlights? Median price crept up to $314,950, only 10% of standing inventory is actually selling through, and sales in July 2007 were off by 19% compared to July 2006. Still pretty lackluster performance overall. read
A pretty sucky month, all in all. And I am pretty well convinced it will be the best month we will see in RNO for quite a while.
Did Derrick go big? Shorting the RE and financial markets didn't do to well today. He is either upgrading his swamp cooler, or is applying to wear a pirate hat at Long John Silver's. "Can I get some hushpuppies with that?" Boy.

Apparently you missed my post and are misquided. I already sold my positions in hov and lennar.. for a 40% gain in less than 3 months.. $$$$ So sorry you missed the train.
